We need a simple one or two page HTML5 (responsive) web portal designed with the intention of hosting on a Microsoft IIS server. The design is to be flat with two or three main icons in the middle which users will click to proceed to other applications. There will be space for minimal narration / disclaimers etc. A prominent title, either a banner type title or somewhere else logical. Perhaps a faded image for the entire background ( not essential) - this is a geography / map oriented resource site.

There may be one or two "menu" choices on the top of the page which would lead to another page featuring +/- 15 icons (logos which we will provide) which the user can click to proceed to other sponsored sites. Again, minimal text describing what these logos/links lead to - all will be the same type of site with similar content just associated with different towns and cities.

If possible, a week turnaround?

Again, this is to be fairly simple, clean and easily maintained. The downloadable templates you can buy are all too complicated and would take too much time to trim down.

We can send samples of the pages which users will be directed to, the 15 city and town icons and suggestions of the main two or three icons for the main page. We will supply draft language for the descriptors and disclaimers but will need the ability to edit one the site is live for client testing.

We would need all the files/css/images etc. necessary to install on a local IIS web server for final approval by client
