Small HTML and Node Functionality to my website

Hi have a small project over at --> [login to view URL] simple node / html project. What is up there currently is the scaffolding HTML. I want it to be dynamic so that the contact page (submit) becomes a submission form and one can add a post, and these posts can hold comments, see image and see post page --> [login to view URL] In addition, when adding a post I would love if someone can add markup language to it (code html or js stuff) --> [login to view URL] Finally, I would like if someone can sign in later to make edits to the posts as well. This would include the addition of a new page similar to login image. see --> [login to view URL] See the website and also see the images. I would give you all of the files need to make this small application work and to publish live on our server. Our budget is 100 - 200 dollars for dynamic code install. Happy Bidding!
