3. Can you list the things you can do on WP plugins, modules,,,PHP etc.?
4. List your complete skill set and areas of specialty
6. How much do you expect to be paid to work every month, for the next 12 months?

THE NEXT STEP AFTER YOU HAVE ANSWERED THE ABOVE QUESTIONS:
If I am impressed by your responses to the above questions, I'd provide you with the details of the test to take for you to prove your skills and efficiency at work.
STEP 3:
THE NEXT STEP AFTER YOU'VE DONE OUR TEST:
If you prove by your TEST work that you are competent enough to deliver quality work and very quickly, I will provide you with the complete details of our project, as well as the terms and conditions of working with us. If we reach a mutual agreement about the work and your monthly fee, you'd be hired immediately and can resume work on our project by next tomorrow.
WARNING:
1. Do not bid on this project if you are a project manager, marketer or an agent and not the developer.
2. Do not bid on this project if you are a part of a team.
3. Do not bid on this project using words like "our company", "our team", "our", etc. I am interested in hiring an independent freelancer and NOT another company.
