Stealth mode company needs the following collateral:
1. Logo Development
a. Provide vector graphics and jpgs with transparent backgrounds
b. Identify fonts used
c. Identify CMYK or other standard colors
2. Stationary including:
a. Business Cards
b. Stationary (Letter)
c. Provide above in a standard format
3. Website Main page – see brief below (to be used by our development team)
4. Web navigation element (include all graphic elements in jpg and vector graphics) - (to be used by our development team)
5. Web based forms page (to be used by our development team)
6. Web based information page (to be used by our development team)
7. Web based dialogue box for information or warning before proceeding (to be used by our development team)
3. After Support:
a. Company has the right to ask for up to 10 changes on the collateral provided. A change may be considered as:
i. Layout change on a business card
ii. Alter the logo in a specific manner and provide graphic elements (one change). If that modified logo is to be used on other elements e.g. Stationary (that would be considered another change)
b. After the 10 changes, for each subsequent change or new element the company is willing to pay $150
c. Must be willing to respond to a request for change within 4 business days for a period of 120 days.
d. Any additional work not defined above shall be quoted before hand and be charges at a rate of $100/hr
Company brief:
Company is a stealth mode firm that is looking to provide a web based service where small and medium sized business can auction assets – primarily financial types of assets. This B2B service can be thought of a very small and specialized financial exchange where financial investors can now purchase things they had no way of doing easily before. The service will be initially used in the US, the goal is to enter international markets within 5 years. Typical users will be business owners and CFO/accountant types. The founders are inclined to the the following design principals:
1.) Clean bauhaus style
2.) Fonts liked: Open Sans, Josefin Slab, Arvo, Lato, Vollkorn, Abril Fatface, Ubuntu, PT Sans + PT Serif
3.) Fonts disliked: any gothic
4.) Colors liked: blue, green
5.) Colors disliked: orange, red, yellow
6.) Logo: Have some fun here.
