contractor website or theme

I need a site with similar functionality to [login to view URL] - It needs to be user-friendly, functional and fast. I need the basic functionality of search, results page, pro selection, email notifications, pro signup, credit system, paypal and card payments, membership pages and forms. I have a current wordpress site that I bought but am not happy with it. You are welcome to change the code to work as above-mentioned if that would be easier. I will need paypal, eft and 2checkout payment options. I have 2checkout plugins for wordpress (south african rand) if you want to use or have a look at it. I can do front-end so don't worry too much about look and feel. But the site will have to be loaded and operational on my domain as I am not very comfortable with databases. If you have done a similar site and can just make a few changes so it can get done fast it would be great. If you want you can make an example or two of how the search form works when looking for a pro or posting a project so I can see how to do it and make all the rest. There are a lot of categories and fields related to each category and there will continously be more added so I don't expect you to do it all.
