I'd like to create a logo for my consulting firm named i.i.m consulting which stands for intelligent and insightful marketing consulting run by iim consultants. I visualised a black and white bar graph where 3 bars in ascending order and an arrow slightly curved on the mid bar which further leans to third highest bar. just to look like a M alphabet, there should be a red dot in either 1st bar or 2nd bar just to indicate as a person's head. It should be in black and white.
