Classic ASP expert required for small Assignment JOB

I need to create a simple webpage. See attached structure I designed. Its for school assignment Job. 1) Need to design webpage like attached structure. Check please attached screenshot. 2) Need to integerate a flash banner which i provide on top header part. 3) On left side we need 8 tabs button links which are very simple and work as static informational pages. Like we click on anyone and it opens a text information right side. So all 8 tabs work like this. I will provide the contents which need to placed on each tabs. 4) On right side you need to create a simple login area in asp code. I can send you that wriiten code if that helps you. How the login works. Its Simply work like that...only authenticate users can put their information on login area. If any other put information then just show error of wrong username and password as we see all in every websites. This information will be save in some database and which we need to also check from our end. so you need create some database type where we can see registered users informations. 5) We need a counter also in bottom area like anyone visit our site shows the number of visits in bottom. 6) After complete this webpage you need to guide me also how to execute the files on my local machine. Because this job is not live ..Its a school assignment Job so only need to show on local host. Hope you understand. Rest we can discuss more in detail once you take interest in this small assignment.
