Bulk Email Sending - repost

Hello, We are looking for a company or individual who specializes in sending bulk emails marketing to INBOX. We usually send about 100000 emails monthly to INBOX. IP address mustn’t be blacklisted and you must have several IPs and domains to avoid blacklisting. (The emails must arrive in inbox and not be marked as spam).We are only looking for companies or individual who are currently and successfully sending out bulk email to inbox folder. Must have current experience with bulk email marketing and have the ability to get effectively the message into inbox (95%+ inbox rate - not junk folder). Can Spam Act knowledge. You must use a server with IP address that will not be rejected by spam filters. Email must pass through gmail, yahoo, AOL and Microsoft email accounts. Your server IP should not already be recognized as spammer. We will request details report (email opens, bounces, CTR, forwarded, LINK clicks etc). We will start with a small list to test how it goes. We will open a milestone and will pay only after the project is complete. Thank you.
