Cost per action leads

I am looking to generate 100 leads by ends week. I have money ready to go for milestone. I am paying 50 cents per lead. Simple name and email submit, very very simple.

* Unique IPs -- US residence only, *USA ONLY*

* No duplicates, No fraudulent sign-ups, No Black Hat, NO CL Spamming or other spamming activities

* No fake registrations using proxies, IP changing or hiding techniques, bots, etc.

* All sign-ups *MUST BE REAL PEOPLE*

* Must be able to produce a Minimum of around 30-40 leads per day

** No bots, black hat, rotating IP sign-ups, bad quality sign-ups, illegal or automated methods. They can detect this easily and it will result in them not paying us, so you won't get paid.

*** You will get paid for a verified sign-up from a USA user. This is a free website so there is nothing for the user to buy.
