Backlinks: 2 websites, 3000 links over 3 months

We have 2 websites. We need 500 High PR backlinks (PR 3 or better) created for each site over the course of 3 months. This is 500 links per month per site, so 1000 links/month total and 3000 total links over the course of the project. URL's and anchor text will be provided by me on a monthly basis. Please note: Whitehat methods are crucial. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be paid for. Requirements: Do's *All links must be One way non-reciprocal links. *All links must be on topical and relevant to the niche pages/sites. *Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. *All linking websites must be English ONLY in US, Canada, or UK (UK Preferable). *All linking websites must be .COM, .ORG, .NET, .[login to view URL], .GOV, .EDU .[login to view URL] ONLY! *Links must be on a Google PR3*page - it doesn't count if the domain has the PR3 and the page is a PR0. *10% of Links CAN be from images if you so choose *Web sites of varying levels of PR 3 and above only *Each link must be on different C-class IP block *One link per page. You cannot place more than 1 link on the same page. Don'ts *NO ARTICLE SITES *NO OVERLAP BETWEEN LINKS AND SITES *LINKS MUST BE PERMANENT *NO DIRECTORY SITES *NO LINK FARMS *Links must not be too spammy (no spam) *Linking page must already be indexed in Google, Bing and Yahoo, be visible & readable *Link page must be search engine friendly (no redirects, cloaking, iframes etc.) *Page should not be excluded by [login to view URL] *No links from "under construction" pages. *No sites that will ask for money later. *No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING,torrent sites, file sharing forums, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites (FFA), hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic, black hat sites, article directories, forums, spam sites, web rings, newsgroups, rented links, scraped content sites, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, etc. *No ping sites *No use of blackhat/Grehat or any kind of automated software. *No links from rel="nofollow", "noindex" tag or any page blocked by [login to view URL] *No sites banned by Google, Yahoo or Bing *Links dropped within 6 months must be replaced by you at no additional cost. *Links should not be placed on pages that already have more than 50 OBL (outbound links) already. Excel spreadsheet to be provided by you monthly with the following detail: - Date link was placed - URL of link page - Google PR of the link page - Anchor Text used for the link - Target URL of the link Payment will be made after I have received the spreadsheet and verified the links. When bidding, please provide me with at least 50 previous links that you've built for other clients/your own sites.
