Blackbear Lodge is an completely offgrid community for people and their families who want to escape the rigors of modern life and participate a completely self reliant community. There is hunting, fishing, foraging for berries and edible plants, organic farming and animal husbandry. Blackbear Lodge is located on a 400+ Acre estate and surrounded by millions of acres of wilderness. Clean fresh water is plentiful as is the pristine and unspoiled wild lands. Once we have sufficient members we will construct cabins and homes to meet the needs of our members. We will also provide work opportunity for those looking for work on the farm. Food storage and complete self sufficiency will be a key part of the Lodge with members having complete access to common areas and other amenities.
What is being offered is a membership in the Blackbear Lodge Community. Members will be given a parcel of land the size of which is dependent on how many shares they buy and a joint ownership of the entire estate. In addition, Members may build an approved structure such as a cabin within the Community.
What we are offering is a once the a lifetime opportunity to join the community by selling shares. We accept gold and silver as payment. We are moving forward with this project and seek qualified sales and marketing people who can identify potential members as well as to sign them up. Payment will be based upon results and lucrative for the motivated person.
We wish to sell 50 shares of 100 shares in the Blackbear Lodge Community. 1 share equals $50,000. Shares may be financed over a 5 year period at 0% with a 10% downpayment. Or the member may pay in full at anytime. We will pay the sales and marketing people up to 10% of the down payment.
