Best job in the World? Paid to Play Games...

Background: We have launched a game server hosting business. This means we have physical (hardware servers) we own in various places around the world (currently New York, USA / Amsterdam, Netherlands / Hong Kong, China). We have a control panel that allows users to rent servers and install the games they want on them... such as Counter-Strike, Team Fortress 2, etc etc.... Why the positing?: We need to generate interest in our servers. We need people to play on the public servers and to talk about us. This is core to building the game server business. What you will do?: You will need to perform the following tasks.... 1) Play games on our servers 2) Tell others about the servers and try to build a user base there 3) Provide feedback to us on the server performance, user likes / dislikes etc so we can improve the service 4) Provide server admin duties (kick people who misbehave) and identify users who may be worthy of being admin rights on our public servers 5) Generally provide us with constructive criticism and suggestions to improve the community we are building 6) You will involve in the forums that come online, so as to improve the community feel What you get?: 1) We plan to pay you a fixed weekly allowance (so your billing will be weekly, in arrears) 2) You will suggest the games and mods that we should push up as public servers, to maximise users online with us 3) We will provide you with admin rights to kick etc on our public servers 4) You will be provided with a private server of your own to use for clan matches etc. (this server will be available while you are on hire, but if you do exceptionally well and integrate with our community we may well allow that to continue indefinitely) 5) We will provide you with a web hosting account for your clan on our sister web hosting service if you wish. This will continue to be available on the same terms as above, e.g. if you do well we will let it run on without billing / charge to you. 6) We will bonus you generously if you are very very successful.... dont worry about that! To give you an idea... we are thinking this relationship will continue indefinitely if you perform well... we plan to be around for a very very long time...
