Speexx Munich is looking for a free-lance customer service agent for 1st and 2nd level support. 5- 8 hours a week with higher volume possible. What are the necessary qualifications? Difficult to describe. I wouldn't necessarily say that a degree in IT is necessary. It’s more the knowledge of different systems and the (proven) ability of being able to trouble-shoot various technical problems related to Operating systems (OS) Windows and MacOS including hardware configuration Mobile OS: iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry Browsers: IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera Proven ability to trouble-shoot problems related to Windows applications. Proven ability to trouble-shoot problems with browser-based software. Java and Adobe Flash. The candidate needs on the one hand the curiosity to find the cause of non-standard technical issues and on the other hand the empathy towards helping people. Free-lancers are paid for their training, And most importantly, THE INTEREST TO HELP PEOPLE!
