Create Twitter Count Visualization Widget

We're looking for someone who can build out an embeddable widget that can do the following:
1) Count how many times particular hashtags have been tweeted. (This count should refresh in real time.)
2) Showcase the real-time counts of multiple hashtags within the widget. This way we can compare competing hashtags at the same time.
Similar to: [url removed, login to view], but in a more visually interesting, real-time way.
This widget should be easily embeddable on a web page.
We would want to keep the code/assets for the project afterwards, so that we can customize them for future projects.
Project would be need to be completed by mid August.
Addition: we are looking for someone who can build 2-4 variations of these visualization modules.
