Android app done for me

For a start, we need an android application, later we will need iPhones application too. Looking for developer that have already written android application before and know all the restriction for an android application. The application is based on a excising browser game. The developer must know how to read the necessary information from that game and be able to send commands to be executed in player's account. There should be an option to keep application running on background and make the application keep executing commands chosen by the player. The developer should know how to handle payments made by players. Please don't mention irrelevant information inside offer, this kind of offers will be ignored. Please provide application that already been build by you and exist inside the market. Please provide time schedule. Note: Please don't over bid.. only serious bidder. I will not set any upfront or milestone. when you done 50% work then i will make milstone and release it. next 50% done then i will make next 50% payment and release it after get the source code. if you are not agree of my term then no bid .
