Android app for distribution of e-magazines and e-books

We are magazine and book publisher from Slovenia and are looking for long-term partner to develop and then provide support for a platform for distribution of our magazines and books in digital formats (HTML5, ePub). Our initial target market are users of Android tablets, but this will over time expand to iPad, mobile Windows PCs, etc., (this would be discussed as separate job and agreement). We need: 1. Website, built like a webshop, where our content would be available for purchase, subscription and download 2. Android app, which would be installed on tablets and through which users are accessing website (1) 3. Desktop widget, which would be installed on Android tablets' desktop and would show new content available (information served from us) At this moment, for reading purposes, we would use Android available applications, but long-term we would wish to build and implement our own solution - this will be part of separate deal. Website of course also needs administration side (i.e. user and content management), and application should be similar to Amazon's "Kindle for Android", but without built-in reader (it will open content in separate app). Design should be included in an offer. As stated, we are looking to start long-term relations with a developer, with contract for support and implementations of new features.
