Basic Data Entry/Search System for Users

I am looking for a java developer who can deliver stubs for a software I am working on, I am not looking for a complete system. There will be 4 stubs that I am looking for of which the code to be not complex, the simpler the better. I have a class diagram with associated attributes, etc. I will need the stubs to be based off the class names from the diagram and attributes, etc. as well. I am open to recommendations for the stubs and if changes need to be done on the class diagram. I would want the first stub created soon as possible, and then we can see how it went before going onto the next one. For the first one I already have the java code created in Eclipse for the GUI, it will need to be adjusted slightly in terms of attributes, etc. Here is an overview of the system There is an outsourced IT company who managed several clients’ IT networks. The technicians want to start building their own knowledgebase of client issues (by creating articles) and so that it can be searchable. I want to create stubs which will; 1. Allow staff members to log into the system and be authenticated. There will only be two types of accounts 2. Technicians can create an article and open it. Articles will be saved for example to a Java DB (nothing advanced) 3. Technicians can search for current article entries using criteria they can select (e.g. client name, key word, etc.) that are linked to a client or all clients. Each search that a technician runs will be saved separately (this is linked to the service manager below) – ‘saved search’ 4. Create a report using criteria (e.g. by technician name, category, etc.) and then using these criteria to search the ‘saved search’ records from each technician, this will then bring up results
