We desire a new UX component for non-modal coachmarks. The implementation shall be a JavaFX control in Java source code. We require the source code, and suggest delivery as a Gradle project. This component shall be a dialog or speech balloon. It is not required for the balloon to be a true oval. The balloon's tail is required. The component shall position its view relative to a target component. It shall support four possible orientations: top, right, bottom, left. It shall support automatic repositioning in response to target repositioning. The component shall support a single child. The child shall be drawn inside the balloon. The component shall support Material Design's paper elevation. In other words: The component shall support a shadow effect capable of representing Material Design's paper elevation. Attached is a Mockplus project demonstrating intended usage.
