Code Clean up: One Page Response HTML Template for Themeforest Approval

Hello, I have a very small project available which requires a bit of code clean up to ensure that my One Page Responsive HTML template will get approved by Themeforest. Please see the feedback I have received after the first round of review with Themeforest: "IE8 compatibility is still required, There are a few inconsistent spacing/padding as well as alignment issues throughout the design. I'd like you to go over it with a fine toothed comb and weed out these basic design issues. Some of your files contain validation errors that will need to be fixed. Please be sure that all files validate before resubmitting. You can validate HTML at [login to view URL]" The following will be required: - Optimize the theme to be compatible with IE8-9 - Fix any inconsistencies in the code relating to spacing/padding - Ensure that your code updates don't break the responsiveness of the theme - Fix any validation errors Please note: this is a small project, but the duration of the project will last until the theme is 100% approved by Themeforest. This is largely dependent on the quality of your work. Please note: I also have another theme that will require the same type of work.
