Arcade site design

I need a website design for an arcade games website. Includes some javascript. Everything can be done with dummy text. All links an everything need to be text (eg. no hard-image links) as I must be able to edit them easily. Things that I will need: -A search bar that goes somewhere. - Main page. -Should have a spot for 'Popular Games', where it shows 8 popular games as icons. Icon size must be 100x100. -Should have spots for 5 categories of games. In each 'spot', there should be a list of about 15 different games in this format: Either small (16-25 square) icon + link, or just link to the game. These spots should have a 'View All of this genre' link. -When you hover over either the link or the icons, a little pop up bubble should appear with a short description, and its rating (you can just fill it with dummy text for now, and a dummy rating). -Should have links at the top like this: Home - New Games - Popular Games - All Games -Genre Page -This page will be visited when you click 'view all of this genre' on the front page. -should show a huge list of games, with their title, a short description, the 100x100 or 75x75 icon, and their rating -Play game page -this is the page you go to when you've clicked a game to play -should have a space to play the game -should have a section for comments -should also have a way to rate the games. Please include 'star' graphics or something like that that they can use to rate the games. Include a mouse-over image, a regular image, and a 'faded' image for the star/other icon. -Please include these words: 'fun arcade website' in your bid so i know you actually read all this. -I need a big logo that goes at the top of the website. It must be a .PSD file, and i must be able to edit the text in it. -I need a 300x250 advertisement for the site (needs to be a photoshop file or flash file that i can easily edit) -I need a [login to view URL] for the website. Please include links to a few websites that you have worked on that are centered around entertainment. DO NOT just link me to a portfolio. Link me to relevant example websites. I will consider lower bids much more seriously. Payment will work like this: 1. 1/4 payment or $30 (if 1/4 is under 30) is escrowed 2. You draw up the design for all pages of the site in photoshop 3. I approve, you send me the .psd, I release escrow, and put the remainder up for escrow. 4. You do the html 5. I release final escrow. NOTE: This project is just a website design. I do not need any serverside scripting or anything. THe only code that may be necessary is for the bubble popup. You must have strong communication skills. You must finish the entire project within 4 days + communication or escrow payment lapse time on my part (if I do not get back to you for a day on something that is necessary for you to finish the project, for example, that doesn't count towards the 4 days).
