Chrome Extention Android App Maker (APK) built with Phonegap

I am seeking a developer to help with a Google Chrome extension project. Key Skills needed: Chrome Extentions (I can help with the design and implementation of this) Javascript JSON XML Phonegap API (Cloud Buiding Service currently in Beta. Github Project: There is a chrome extention called dotepub that I use for epub's. I need something similar for Android apps. The extension will need to function as follows: The user will click the extension button and create an APK file of that page for automatic download. I wish this to be achieved with 2 options. 1) The user can create a downloaded copy (as in the same way as clicking 'save web page as') and have this displayed in a css div frame in the APL. or 2) The user can create an APK which displays the current page in a live css div frame (not local). Author href - to be taken from the URL. id to be com.mycompany.[random] version to be 1.0.0 The dotepub chrome extention download the file in a similar structure as an epub. However, I need an apk. I hope that a developer can make use of my Cloud based Phone Gap account and the PhoneGap Api. I will need the file to be processed by Phonegap and auto download once complete.
