Build Simple Web Site - ASAP

I have a site designed in Photoshop CS3 that I need built into a fully functioning web site. The site is a total of 5 pages - Home, Info, Reps, Territories, and Contact. I have all of the pages built in Photoshop, which I will supply to the winning bidder. The winner must be able to convert all of the pages to HTML/CSS in Dreamweaver (preferably CS3). This is a very basic build, just static pages and some email links.
I will require all of the sliced PS files and all Dreamweaver files, for future edits to the site. If this is done exceptionally well, I will have many more projects for you in the future.
I need this done ASAP, so please do not bid if you can not have this back to my by tomorrow. I will not accept any bid over $100.
English speaking only please. You must also be available to communicate through IM. I use iChat, so you must have an iChat/AIM account to communicate with me throughout the project build, for clarification and instructions.
