Browser Extension for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer

I need a browser extension for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer which has two functions: 1. Always when the user opens a youtube website to watch a video clip the extension must check if the video clip is blocked. If it is blocked the extension must replace the link to the video source with another link. Background information: In Germany a lot of clips are blocked because Youtube has a legal disput with a german company which holds a lot of copyrights. Such clips are only blocked for users with IP addresses from Germany. It is not blocked in every other country. So that video clip must be requested from a proxy server in another country. Don't worry! The proxy server is ready. The browser extension must only add the youtube clip name to the proxy server address and the new streaming address is available. There are a couple of such browser extensions for blocked Youtube clips already available. May be you can anaylse them. I can provide you with the names of that extensions. 2. If the user click on a Facebook profile website onto an embedded Youtube player to start playback the extension must open a new website (domain is on my server) and overgive the clip name of the desired clip as a get parameter so that this clip can be played on that new opened website instead in the embedded player on the Facebook side.
