We will transfer all text from the old site into a blank joomla site on our servers where all work is to be completed in. We will provide you with a full copy of the php site including all mysql data and images, this will be places in a zip file and loaded onto our servers ready for you to download. We will require you to complete a booking form the same as the one on the site and also collect credit card details from customers, the booking form should be designed in modular form so that we can recreate it and use more than 1 form on the site at the same time, we will also need the functionality to be able to change the fields in the form. The booking form will also need to have the ability to either add the customers e-mail address onto community builder or acajoom newsletter automatically. These modules will be pre-installed for you. The site has a function that works out what day it is and displays the page that relates to that day, the content rarely changes so it will just be on a consistent loop all the time. We would like to have about 18 to 20 module positions build into the design for use when converting and for future use.
