Provide Procurement of US on a monthly basis.

I am looking to find someone who will help me in finding contacts (Manager/Director/VP) for procurement, sourcing, purchasing, etc in a list of US based companies. I already have good list of contacts but I am interested in adding to my database. So, will be interested in receiving 70-80 unique contacts on a weekly basis. I would prefer the engagement to be monthly where I will pay a fixed amount for the month and would expect in return 280-320 contacts in a month. Here's the complete process that I am looking at: 1. I will share list of companies in which I need contacts and list of required titles. 2. Freelancer will work on finding as many contacts (based on the required titles) for a given company, you don't need to find the email address as yet. 3. Towards the end of day send the file of contacts that you have found. 4. I will verify if those contacts already exist with us. 5. Will inform you about the contacts that already exist and the contacts which don't. 6. Find the email address for the contacts which don't exist with us. 7. Send the final file with all the required details of the contacts that are marked Not existing with us. So following this process I am looking at 280 to 320 Not existing Contacts in a month (70-80 in a month) I have a budget of INR 5000 to INR 10000. Feel free to IM me in case you have any questions
