AP Teacher Contact Information

We have a list of every high school in the country that has an AP program organized by state. In these states, you will go to the websites of the high schools and look to see if they declare who their teachers are AND if they teach an AP course. This project is to find the names and emails of AP course teachers at these high schools. For context: Many schools offer AP classes but do not list who teaches which courses. For example, some schools just say that a teacher teaches "history" or "math". We are NOT interested in these contacts. We only want teachers that are teaching a specific AP course. Below are a couple examples of pages where AP teachers are listed: 1) [login to view URL] ^ You can often find teachers by googling the school name plus an AP subject name. This one was found by Googling "Hoover high school ap calculus". 2) [login to view URL] ^ On directory pages, you can usually search for "AP " to find indicators of AP teachers. Sometimes you will have to click into a specific teacher's page to find if they teach AP since it will not be shown at the directory level, like in this example: [login to view URL] ^ Click into "Holly Gannon"'s page When you find a school that declares their AP teachers, you will find ALL of the AP teachers at that school and enter those contacts into a set of Google Spreadsheets we have broken down alphabetically. We already have hundreds of contacts for each subject so you will have to check that the ones you are adding are NOT duplicates. We will only pay for new contacts we do not already have. We will only pay for contacts that have an emails address. If the school has a contact form instead of showing the email, we do not want that contact. In addition to adding these contacts to the Google Doc, you will keep an offline record of each contact you added using the attached template. We will pay you based on this offline document as it will allow us to track exactly which contacts were added by you, since we will have multiple people working on the Google Doc. You will also keep track of schools checked in the high school database we have, which is also in a Google Doc. The key information you will find is School, State Abbreviation, School Phone Number, Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, AP Subject Taught We will pay $0.12 for each valid contact found. We can set the first milestone at 500 contacts. US and Filipino freelancers are preferred. This is at least a one month engagement. Long term work is available upon stellar performance. We still work with freelancers who started with us over a year ago. I would like to find a team of 10 freelancers who can dedicate several hours to this in the next two weeks. Please include in your proposal how many hours you can commit to this. I am open to including a $10-20 bonus for every set of 500 contacts if submitted every 5-7 days. Freelancer must be excited to work on this for the next few weeks; there is a 45 minute onboarding training video.
