Development of a vehicle-to-vehicle collaborative application

Hi, my project is to develop a vehicle-to-vehicle collaborative application for LINUX platform so that a collaborative network can be formed anywhere, any-time using wireless communication. The application on the LINUX platform to perform at least the following: messaging, voice communication, "drawing-board" sharing, video conferencing , impact/noise/vibration/distance sensing. Ensure that the LINUX platform can start the application, communicate in between the devices and end the application. I decide to use the source code of the "Qutecom" which is a open source, because its capabilities are most match my project's requirement. You need to modify the source code on ubuntu OS. However, if you have any better source code from other applications to recommend please advise thanks. More details will be discussed. Thank you!
