Cloud Administration on Linux Platform.

Position - Independent Consultant/ Project Based Duration - 2 years Location - Hyderabad Travel - Ready to travel abroad if requires Experience - 7+ years Compensation - Above the Market Standards Work Location - Will deploy at the Client Place in Hyderabad Cloud/ Linux Administrator: Responsibilities Minor maintenance *Software patching of hosts *Configurations audits and updates *Service verification (post - maintenance) Act as first point of contact for users of the cloud user issues and access *Account creation *Log review *Basic troubleshooting *Starting/Stopping of hosts Monitor and remediate basic issues with the cloud infrastructure *Coordination or hardware repair with DCM *Action monitoring alerts and repair or escalate to next tier when necessary *Improve monitoring either on their own or as directed Required Experience: *Managing Private and Public Cloud Infrastructure *Extensive Linux experience *Ubuntu and Redhat experience mandatory *Moderate linux scripting abilities *Basic understanding of active directory *Solid understanding of virtualized technology concepts *Basic web development skills *Familiar with zabbix and opennebula a benefit *Experience with Amazon web service a benefit *Good Communication skills is important
