Chat 2 hours about PLESK - explain basic stuff to newbie

I have a VPS and installed Ubuntu and Plesk (I think it's v. 11.5). I am running PLESK in the "Service Provider View" mode and I need someone to explain some basic stuff about the configurations. I need to set-up PLESK for other users, so the main theme is going to be about: 1. Creating Service Plans, Subscriptions, domains etc. 2. Setting good permissions etc. 3. Look at the TOOLS & SETTINGS etc. etc. 4. I will also ask some stupid newbie questions and it's ok to laugh as long as you have some answers :D 5. My biggest problem is to get some general understanding of configuration DNS and domains and how to use fixed IP address and how to add SSL (after I bought SSL). 6. Also how to make the best "security settings" and pinpoint critical places. We will only chat. I don't want to waste time writing emails and such - so if you know a lot about PLESK (and about network and internet settings) you can do it on the fly without any preparations. My expectations A.I expect that the chat will take around 2 hours. Maybe it takes 1 - maybe it take 4... we'll figure it out. B. We'll use Teamviewer. C. I will record the chat so I later can take notes. The chat will never be made public or seen by others. D. You need ok English skills and an ok internet connection so Teamviewer isn't crashing. E: I don't expect any "in depth analysis". We will run through most points and I need a superficial understanding of how it works. FYI: I created a server, installed Ubuntu and plesk and configurated a PLESK account for a test-customer. It worked. I am pretty flexible about the time we can talk, so it can be after your usual working hours, in weekends etc.
