Develop a Corporate Identity

I am starting up a LAN Gaming Center and would like to have an interior design & Logo to portray a sound corporate identity. Please be informed that the center will be composed of the following: 1. A Kitchen 2. Toilets Area ( 2 toilets & Wash Area) 3. Gaming Area Consists of the following: a. 60 Gaming PC stations (40 with 24in Monitors and 20 with 27 in ones) b. 8 Sony Playstation stations with 40in TVs c. 5 Racing Simulator Cockpits with 47in TVs (Similar to this- Pagnian America - [login to view URL]) d. Kitchen Area counter with 1 PC e. Reception with 2 PC workstation. ( Please be advised that reception desk is already made, Photo is attached) f. PC gaming stations are also already made and photo is attached. Current Status of the Center: The center is in the construction stage with the kitchen, toilets and gaming area are done. Below attached photos of the current status of the construction. Please be advised that the Mezanaine floor is currently constructed to be almost 100% area equivalent to the ground floor area, however due to licensing issues, only 50% of the area is allowed to be constructed as Mezanaine floor, so 50% of it will need to be removed. The current plan is to have 50% of the area removed and have the M floor as a U-shape with the legs starting from the stairs with a width of 1.5m legs ( 1.5mx15.5m leg dimension each on either side of the store with a remainder area of 4.5mx9m covering the kitchen and toilet area) extending all the way to the other end. However, with a 1.5m width i am afraid that it will cause mobility issue. The designer has the freedom to make a BETTER DESIGN. Required Design: 1. Competition Area a. The design should provide an area with 10 PC stations for competitions Purposes. b. Should allow for branding ( Display Brands of interest) c. The team is composed of 5 members so the separation should be considered based on that d. Should be the center piece of the center. 2. Gaming Area a. It will be composed of the remainder 50 PCs b. Please have the design with the same 5 against 5 rule separation or design. c. The design should provide some privacy d. Preferred to have different different themes of area or styles. 3. Lighting a. The design of lighting is really important for this type of business. b. It should not be very bright nor very dark just in between. c. Would love to have LED lighting/designs in the center. 4. Logo a. The Name of the Business is "Mansion", actual name is Mansion computer gaming center but the logo should only be Mansion. b. I like contemporary logos 5. Dimensions of the Center: a. It is clear in the CAD drawing provided but in general. 20mx9m entire dimensions. If you require any further details or drawings, will be more than happy to provide.
