Develop a Mac Application

FileMaker pro. We are looking to create a filemaker pro database that can help us automate our reporting. We have standardized text (paragraphs) on varying subjects that we want to be able to sort by topic (etc.) and export to a word document if selected. At the very least, we need the database to have following fields: - Report Copy: a text field that can hold primarily one paragraph (but up to pages worth). - Client - Study TItle: [Name evaluation, Branding, Business, Other {auto-add-field, to enter new topic descriptions}] - Date - Section: [drop down menu: Key Observations, Potential Action Areas; General Findings] - Topic: [drop down menu: Convenience, NPS, Metaphor, branding, logo, name, delivery channels, technology, Other {auto-add-field, to enter new topic descriptions}] - Heading: single text line. Reporting functions: Would like to be able to sort by any of the fields above and generate a screen (report?) that shows all the found paragraphs with (sortable) columns showing each of the fields above, and an column to the right with a check box [or other method] to select if wanting to use in export. Then, we want the ability to export all the selected Report Copy paragraphs to a Text doc, and export with the heading field in bold text, followed directly by the Report Copy text (not bold). If possible, it would be fabulous if this entire export could be highlighted in yellow, and/or exported in a color text other than black.
