deep dive survey

Will be creating a website about detoxing your body (what is detox, why do it, who should do it, how to do it). This site will also eventually contain tools and supplements to help with the detox process. But before creating the website, I will do a survey to find out what are people's single most important question or concern about detoxing. And why they decided to look for an answer now, today. The survey will also collect their age, gender, current state of health, name, email address. I have all the questions already. **I need a persuasive copy writer to create an intro page containing an INCENTIVE to make people want to take the survey. To understand what I mean, please see the attachment, which contains some sample surveys and other helpful content. In the PDF document look at the example survey intro page on pg 57.
