Work independently, 30-40 hrs/week, 5 days/week,
Role Description
1. Respond attentively & with urgency to potential client requests by email primarily
2. Connect with potential clients to book warm lead appointments (by phone and by email)
3. Support the sales team by following up with emails originally initiated by sales team--to ensure a response is made by potential client (if not, then check in with them in a heart-centered way).
4. Follow up with referrals received from current clients (templates available)
5. Manage the manager's calendar proactively & with accuracy
6. Ensure that whenever the CEO speaks (for webinar, interview, or live talk) that the host has all the info they need from
us (ie, marketing materials, bullet points of talk, etc). Assist with completing applications for speaking engagements. Manage the project flow of speaking engagements & coordination with the host or affiliates.
7. File emails & organize our procedures. Document our procedures; create templates for different scenarios

The first thing that I wanted on this post is the flexibility of the schedule. I personally like the fact that you can work anytime you wanted. I am fit for this post because I have a wide range of experience in terms of customer service as I worked for 5 years supporting US and CEMEA handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat.

In terms of customer service, no doubt I am able to handling the task as mentioned, I've been in BPO for 5 years. On the other hand, I have a part time job on these platform: Upwork, Supahands, Golance and Outsourcely as a VA, Handling outbound campaigns and data entry.
