I want to do a survey of the market for geophysics and geotechnical studies in SE asia and idenitfy ,makerting targets

I want to develop a marketing plan for SE Asia. The successful candidate would be skilled in finding out who are the key companies how to reach them what they do and what they require. It will also require a 5 forces analysis (potentially) or otter similar positioning analysis The target technologies are using geotechnical skills and geophysics (Radar, seismic downhole electric, EM and or similar) to image the ground for engineering investigations and use of geology and geotechnical skills for subsurface investigations Im going to run this as a sin stages but stage one to assess the market and determine who is supplying services and who requires these services. I know who some of the customers could be and some of the suppliers. I would like to get some feel for how much people wand to pay and or are paying so i can assess the attractiveness of the market. It would be nice to get a feel for how profitable suppliers are and what technologies they have/ and what they need to out source The end product will be a marketing plan with specific people to contact plus services people might use and how they would use them There will be a parallel project thats wider scoped to do a very broad scale survey of geophysical imaging technologies to see if there are things we can offer. Hence part of the project will be to try to best understand users / customers needs. I prepared to scope to a set of specific countries and my preference to start is Vietnam/ Laos/ Cambodia/ Indonesia/ Malaysia depending on costs i can restrict further and or add Singapore and Hong Kong I expect this will take one to two months and would also expect interim reports to assess progress.
