Coaching/teaching R Programming language for Financial studies

Hello,
I'm looking for a fluent English speaker who can help me learn to code in "R". I need to do various financial research and I don't have much time to learn "R" so I'm hoping to find a qualified person who can educated me to speed up the process.
I am brand new to "R" and you will have to help me load financial data, economic data and do various analysis with it like correlation analysis, linear regression, monte carlo simulation, out-of-sample testing etc.
You would also need to help me build an algorithmic investment strategy based on economic data like GDP, Consumer price index etc.
The required skills I'm looking for are:
- Very experienced with "R": know how to code in "R"; know which packages already exist and how to use them; how to load data etc.
- fluent English skills (or german). I must be able to communicate easily with you.
- experience with financial markets, trading and investments
- experience with statistics (econometrics,...)
- reliable and honest
- skype needed in order to talk and share screens

I m looking for regular 1-3 hour consultations via skype where we develop the above mentioned solutions together. However, please note that everything developed will be my intellectual property since I should do the coding and pay for your support to do this.
I will be travelling until march 10 and likely will not reply before that but I am hoping to find a coach to work with during 11-13 of march!
