Access project for generating Receipts of Purchase

We buy scrap electronics on the road from small producers, but normal POS software is not geared towards purchasing, thus the access project. we need to generate receipts and maintain sales records, including some basic info on the sellers, Photo of ID, name, address, phone etc. so that needs to be integrated as well. We have a access database started, but needs to be finished (or hacked apart and redone as seen fit).
