Andoird Live Wallpaper App

Hi, I need a simple Android Live Wallpaper app written. IT MUST BE DONE FROM SCRATCH!. I had a freelancer here that created an app from an old project and it has caused me to redo the whole project again from scratch. What I need is a live photo wallpaper app that will show photos for a while then show an effect (more below) and show the next photo etc. repeat process that is the entire wallpaper. Here are more details: 1. Live Wallpaper App, must work on Android 2.2+ 2. User must be able to go to the wallpaper settings and choose: a) The frequency to display the images. This is how long the image will be shown before the "effect" and the next photo b) User must be shown a grid / gallery of all the photos in their camera or pictures folder and allow them to select each one to include in the wallpaper by placing a tickmark on them. 3. When the wallpaper is activated it will loop through the images that the user selected. Each image will be shown and then there needs to be an effect to slide the photo out, zoom it out or something that will reveal the next photo. The effects I have in mind is: 1. Zoom-out (start with a black screen, dot in the centre and then gradually zoom-out so the photo becomes it's full size gradually 2. Slide in (either from left, top, right, bottom) 3. Bouncing effect. Photo drops from the top of the screen and hits the bottom, the jumps up slightly and down again (like a ball bouncing) 4. Twirling effect or anything else. There must be 4 effects in total, I am open to suggestions. The effects will be random between each photo shown. Please give me a quote and estimate, all the source code must be delivered upon completion. Must work on all phones and tablets that run on Android 2.2+
