App - Similar to Snapchat/Whatsapp/instagram

I need an app making which has all the features whatsapp and snapchat and instagram. The app will have other small features too, but I'm looking for an estimate first. We will use Google App Engine or EC2 as the backend, so if you have never worked with GAE or EC2 before, do not bid on this project.
Please only bid if you have ONLY made messenger apps before, I'm looking for someone who can create this quickly but efficiently. The UI graphics has been done and your job is basically just to code the app and implement the graphics.
Do NOT bid if you do not have a portfolio showing you have done some messenger apps before. Also do NOT lie about apps which you have say you have made. I ask to show proof that you have made an app. Proof will be shown on Skype or Teamviewer, the app will be run in xCode simulator.
I'm looking for someone to work full time on this project and be able to get it done within 1-2 months.
