We need an Android App to interface through Bluetooth Low Energy with an Arduino connected with an HM-10 module where: 1. As soon as the Android phone finds the Arduino it connects and writes a specific pre-defined string to it. 2. Reads a specific string broadcasted by the Arduino (it is broadcast when someone performs an action on the Arduino) and sends out a pre-defined text on twitter as the pre-defined user. I assume that the Arduino end uses the Bluetooth SPP. If not, please provide more details about the profile used.
