Build an Android app

I own the website [login to view URL], though I never really put in the time to complete it. I would like to turn the functionality of the site into an Android mobile app instead. As you can see from the site, the app needs to be a place where people can use their geo-location of the mobile device and search for pubs and / or restaurants nearby that serve their favorite beer on tap. No bottled beer, only draught beer. The customer needs to be able to browse a listing of beers and chose their favorite beer, and then do a search of a radius of 5, 10, 25 miles away from them for places that serve that beer on tap. This functionality would work as it does on http://mapatap.com. The data to be used would all be user generated content, so there would also need to be an option to list beers that are served on tap at a location. So a user would need to be able to create a location, such as a bar or restaurant, and assign various types of beers to it. This functionality would mirror what is found on [login to view URL] The search results page would need to have a list of the locations nearby that serve that beer on tap, such as this page... [login to view URL] The individual results would then link to a location specific page, such as this one... [login to view URL] There are many things I would want to add to this app in the future, but in an effort to keep it simple at first, this is all that it would need to do to get started.
