Dear Developers, I am looking for developing a chat application which is based on user interest to other user taking the advantage of the following. - Google Location API - Google Maps API - Google Cloud Messaging API - Search & Discover API I've already acquired a server and it's running LAMP. All which is needed is the files and the DB to run the processes. I've also designed a full UI concept of the APP. (As I am a UI Concept Designer). *** I'm not willing to take any developer from India. So if you are from India please refrain yourself for bidding on my project, as I have had a very bad experience on freelancer from Indians. My estimated budget for this app is 200 USD to 300 USD. I expect this work to be delivered within 2 weeks. Milestones will be created and payment will be provided to the developers on the milestone completion. Please do NOT ask me for project starting payment or pre-payment before anything. I expect you to have a decent and professional behavior towards this job. All of the app UI concept is designed on the idea of Native Android Elements. Happy Bidding.
