Checklist App that displays score, shares results

The application would be a simple checklist. Once the app starts up, the screen displays a list of 20 items, each with a checkbox next to it. At the bottom of this list is a "Calculate" button. The Calculate button computes a total score by the number of checkboxes selected and displays another screen indicating one of four result titles like "King, Party Animal, Professional, Amateur". I see the app needing the following: 1) Splash Screen 2) Checklist Screen with Calculate button 3) Results screen Results screen needs to have option to share a basic text message (ex: "I am a (rank) according to this app) on the common social networks (Twitter, Facebook, etc). App needs to be able to display advertising (I can supply code for this) I need to have all source code for this application, and the right to distribute this on the Android Market as I wish.
