'Convert' an Android app into iOS apps for iPhone/iPad, as i know presently, only can be done by human. Furthermore, 'converting' the project doesn't means only need to merely just translating them code by code, but also consider many other situations, something exist in android doesn't means it also exist in objC(iOS lang). You need an experienced app developer, but not a tool. In my current position, my first job assigned by my boss is to convert one of his alpha project(written in Android Java) into objC.
