Create an iPhone, android, and web interface to tie together

My company is currently called neighbors. We are a mobile app intent on helping build a deeper sense of community for on campus student residences and apartment complexes. We will do this by having dorm specific news feeds (student generated), a community feed (university driven), simple maintenance requests, payments, a student discounts/deals feed (split revenue with the school) and direct message features with push notifications - i.e. water will be off from 9-2 on Thursday in building 4. We intend to focus on university dorms first and then move into apartment complexes and residential apartment complexes. We already have strong interest from the University of Oklahoma dorms to go through beta with us and we are scrambling to create an MVP. We are reaching out to Dallas area universities and apartments to try and collect a few more customers to sign on in anticipation of future release. I am not a developer so this was the best I felt I could do to walk customers through our concept. We know of two similar competitors in the startup space: retenant and fixo I am very impressed with [login to view URL] because it appears we have arrived at the same market conclusion as them, only they have a product built. They have received around 150K in seed money and have done a pretty nice job with everything in my opinion. Fixo is progressing slower right now without a strong direction. This will cover the majority number of smart phone users and allow administrators/staff and easy way to manage the program. Thanks for your time!
