Hi Sir, We have developed 2 similar apps before. on both apps there was a calender associated and we took the phone location details to verify the delivery person location. Upon arriaval of locations a within few miles of radius he can complete the each steps. On those apps the data have been sycn to online data base with a custom API. The API is the middle man which act for supporting functions of the app When the delivery person offline or in out of range where no internet connection we saved the data to phone. As soon as he go online we sync the data that way we dont loose any data.
