Create a Mobile Website -- 2

I am looking to hire an experienced, professional software developer to develop a Mobile plugin for some software called Easy Member Pro. This software has already been modified with additional functions to sell products online more effectively. Easy Member Pro, is a membership management script, I have had this software coded/developed by other developers to function for selling products online. The software is currently mobile responsive, but it is not Mobile friendly. I would like to hire someone to create me a app for this software which will allow Mobile users to get a mobile friendly experience from any website that I use when viewing from a mobile device. This Mobile App / plugin should be compatible for all mobile devices ( Android, blackberry, iphone,etc) If you go to this website : [login to view URL] , this is a mobile website builder service, they do not offer - e-commerce, but the functions that they offer are exactly what I would like for my software. I would like to model the Mobile App/plugin from [login to view URL] [login to view URL] , is a mobile website builder service , but unfortunately they do not offer a e-commerce service for websites , and they also do not offer a service that will work with software that has been previously programmed or coded to function differently. I am looking for some one to fit this gap for the mobile generation. These are the requirements that I need : All forms ( product form, join form, contact form , log in form , ) to be mobile friendly , so they fit the screen size of a mobile device when viewed from any mobile device ( iphone, blackberry, android, etc) All content ( words, videos, images) should be reduced to fit the size of the mobile device viewing the content. This is not a huge complex job , I am looking for a simple mobile plugin to be developed and created with in 1 week from start date. This plugin should be optimised so that it is activated as soon as a mobile user is viewing the website. I am only looking to work with people / team that have previous experience with mobile applications and can create an application / plugin within 1 week. Ideal candidate should have previous experience and have a sound understanding of mobile friendly websites for e-commerce applications.
