Website exists and it's online, I want someone to convert my template to mobile (smartphones and tablets) - high quality and tested. Media queries and good CSS. Candidates will have to work with designers on one hand, and developers on other hand. I would want the complete process done, from new template design for mobiles (PSD or PNG images sent to us for defining position of elements before coding) to proof of the tests in the various platforms (iOS, Android, etc). In your proposal, add the answer to the following questions at the beginning: 1) What is your favorite browser? 2) Tell me about the debug tools you use in your favorite browser. 3) Please, explain what the <dl/> tag's intended use is and how is it used in practice? Ans: I think it is wrong way to write cause: it is inline and now it assume as depreciated code. Thanks DJ

1- firefox 2- firebug add on for debugging css and html and firequery for jquery errors 3 - <dl></dl> is not correct tag original tag is <dl> dl is description list it is use as <dl> <dt>list item one</dt> <dl> 4- text align will be center and , color property is incorrect... Thats it
