Develop a Mobile App (Simple Game) using HTML5

My objective is to develop a survival game where users will have to move from a virtual room to another as quickly as possible. For every game, there will be around 5 rooms, going from a big room that can accommodate x number of users to the smallest which accommodates y number of user(s). At a defined time, all users in a room will get a notification asking them to move to the next room, accordingly the fastest users will go to the app and click on move to the next room as soon as the notification is received. Once the room has been filled, the door will close and the users who are still out will be eliminated. The user or users reaching the last room will be the winners. The app must be integrated with major social media such as Facebook as to allow users to sign it directly from their Facebook account. I prefer to have the app developed on HTML5.
