Hi, I am an expert Phonegap developer and can build the cross platform app that will work in both android and iphones. I would propose to build your application using NoSQL which would improve the performance as well as allow to delete older data. The app would fetch data whenever available, insert into the db and remove all older data, that way the app wpuld not bloat over time on the mobile device. And if the app hasn't been updated in a fixed amount of time say 10 days, it would display a note that the app is out of sync and needs to be synced online.

In that first of all you will load CSV file in ftp and app will read that..if any new come then based on that app will display data from there..as well as app will list out all CSV data..and from there user can search for particular data and based on that result will be displayed.. Also we have few questions for you.. 1. Will you provide any graphics or we need to create that ? 2. Will you provide any web service or we need to create that ? 3.
