Basic OpenStreetMap project

This is a very small project to write a native iPhone app that uses OpenStreetMap to display a map tile on the screen, centered around my current location. Deliverables will be the full source code and an app ready to install and test on my phone.
This is intended as a first step towards my project: http://www.freelancer.com/projects/Mobile-Phone-iPhone/iOS-OpenStreetMap-map-app.html, for which I have not yet picked a coder.
I intend to choose and pay several coders to write this initial piece, and then choose the best of them to code the original project. I am doing this because I have received over two dozen excellent candidates for the job, and I believe that:
- The best way to find a good programmer is to see his work
- Someone who does good work for me, even a small piece, should be paid for it; not do a "test for free"
